Thomas and I have lived in Southlake for 23 years and raised our family here, and prior to that we lived in various cities across the DFW metroplex. This has provided us with a “full view” of DFW and allows us to recommend specific areas that best suit your family’s desires.

First Thomas and I will help you get financing, assist with determining your budget, and then we’ll work together to prioritize a list of “must-haves” that you desire for your next home. Due to our vast network we are often able to provide our clients with exclusive pocket listings–properties that haven’t even hit the market yet– to make our clients’ buying experiences even more private and seamless. 

Once we’ve worked together to find your dream home, Thomas and I look at comparable properties in the area and leverage this data to determine a strong purchase offer. With over 44 years of experience, we’ll negotiate on your behalf with the seller to ensure you get the most favorable terms. Selling your house on your own is no easy task. Even if you’re able to manage advertising plans and budget, stage your home, hold open houses and arrange private showings, negotiate purchase offers, and navigate contract contingencies and complicated paperwork, this doesn’t guarantee you’ll get the most for your house. Make it easy on yourself by putting your home in the hands of seasoned professionals. We have extensive experience marketing properties and showing them to their best advantage.

We pride ourselves on our ability to quickly get our clients’ homes ready for market, while still getting them the best deal possible for their home. We do so by going above and beyond to make your house as attractive as possible, down to the finest details (You’ll often find one of us up on a ladder changing out light bulbs to make sure the lighting is perfect)!

When preparing to list your house on the market, Thomas and I will perform a comparable market analysis to determine the strongest price for your house. We then provide complimentary, extensive home staging and high-end photography, along with any landscaping and repair suggestions that will help draw buyers in.

We’ll then proactively advertise your home through a variety of methods, including but not limited to local publications, our vast network of agents and the community, online MLS listings, local events, and on our website. We may even showcase your home as part of our site's Featured Listings.

Once the offers start to roll in, we’ll make sure you get the best price possible for your house. We do so by guiding you through contract contingencies, managing details of the closing process, and handling all the paperwork for you.
